Position Description
An opportunity for a Member Service Representative I (MSR I) position is available in our Financial Services department. The incumbent is responsible for providing courteous service to members, striving to increase member satisfaction by analyzing, assisting, and fulfilling all members' financial service needs, as well as making judgment decisions regarding the delivery of financial product and services to members. This position processes basic business and personal member transactions, promotes deposit products and services to meet member needs, and makes appropriate referrals to other departments.
Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of customer service experience in a retail sales or service environment. Computer and keyboarding skills and the ability to use sophisticated office equipment is a must. They are attentive to detail, have the ability to recognize opportunities and communicate options effectively, and approach all situations with a positive, professional outlook. An ability to develop great working relationships with others and a dedication to providing exceptional service is essential.
